If passed, the Employee Free Choice Act would make it too easy for Union Leaders to mislead workers. How would that affect Arkansas workers? The heavy fines and regulations imposed on business owners would lead to increased operation costs. Forcing many businesses to ship jobs overseas. Or worse, close their doors for good.
